We are looking for someone who wants to work with oral and written guidance from June to August. The work involves a fixed-term employment for four to six weeks, with start and end dates to be agreed upon.

Job Responsibilities

As an administrative officer with us, you will answer calls from companies, authorities, and other organizations that need guidance on the application of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other regulations that IMY supervises. The position mainly involves staffing our guidance phone, which is open in the mornings, and additionally answering written inquiries received by the authority via email.

This is an outward-facing role that involves extensive contacts with individuals and organizations that reach out to the authority with questions every day. Work in English may occur.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone studying law who has completed at least six semesters of their education by the start of employment. You have a good ability to convey information clearly and pedagogically in writing and verbally, and have experience in legal telephone guidance. Furthermore, you have experience working with data protection. You have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is a merit if you have experience in:

• answering written inquiries,
• case management

As a representative of the authority, you are clear and trustworthy. You have the ability to quickly understand various questions and communicate factually and correctly in a target group-adapted manner in each individual situation, both via phone and email.

The Position

You will be employed as an administrative officer on a special fixed-term contract. You will belong to the guidance unit and work in our pleasant activity-based premises centrally located in Stockholm, with the possibility of individual agreements regarding remote work.
